Registration for the PICNet 2018 Educational Conference is now closed.
The registration fees is $140 per day ($280 for both days).
The deadline for all registrations is February 16, 2016.
After downloading the form (please make sure you’re using the form that ends “Feb18.xlsx”, and not a previous version that was emailed out in previous months), fill in all the fields, save the completed form to your computer (renaming the file with your surname is helpful to us), and then send it as an email attachment to picnet@phsa.ca.
Payments are processed weekly, so if you don’t hear back from us right away, you should receive your payment receipt within a few days.
