Parking
If you are driving to the hotel, there is parking there for $15/day. (PICNet does not cover attendee parking expenses.)
Guest Room Reservations
You can make your room reservations online or by contacting the reservation department at 604.233.3990 or 1-800-445-8667 (or via email). Please be sure to mention the group code PICNET or group name Provincial Infection Control Network of BC when making the reservation, to receive the special rate of $135 for a king bedded suite (plus hotel room tax of 10% and GST of 5%).
The suites include free wi-fi, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. If you require a room with 2 double beds, please let the hotel know and they will do their best to arrange this. An overnight parking fee of $14.95 will apply to all guest vehicles. All bookings and/or changes must be made directly with the hotel, not through PICNet.
