Seaplane: The hotel is 1.5 blocks from the seaplane terminal.
Vancouver International Airport: Take the Canada Line to Vancouver City Centre Station, then either transfer to Burrard Station, walk 8 blocks to the hotel, or take a cab. 
Driving: Parking is $33.88 plus HST for guests staying overnight in the hotel; this is valet service and includes in and out privileges. Day parking is $8.47/hour to a maximum of $25.41 plus HST.
